1. Introduction

Welcome to MOEH Automotive LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, financing, or otherwise engaging in business with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering into any transaction.

2. Eligibility

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and any other documents required by law must be presented at the time of purchase.

3. Vehicle Sales

  • All vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Any warranties, service contracts, or guarantees must be clearly documented in the purchase agreement.
  • Vehicle availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Taxes, title, registration, documentation fees, and other applicable charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the purchase agreement.

4. Financing & Payment

  • Financing is subject to credit approval by third-party lenders.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the financing process.
  • Late or missed payments may result in penalties, repossession, and/or negative credit reporting as outlined by the financing agreement.

5. Deposits & Refunds

  • Deposits placed to hold a vehicle are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed in compliance with Michigan state law.

6. Test Drives

  • A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance are required for all test drives.
  • Customers are responsible for any damages caused during a test drive due to negligence or reckless driving.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MOEH Automotive LLC is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear of purchased vehicles.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to vehicle ownership or use.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

  • Customer information collected during the sales or financing process will be used solely for business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for financing, insurance, or legal obligations.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or related transactions shall first attempt to be resolved amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and handled in the courts located in Ingham County, Michigan.

10. Amendments

  • MOEH Automotive LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • The most current version will always be available at our office and/or website.
